An oz of prevention...
My old man always used to say that "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" and in the case of pools that translates to "a little sense/cents now saves a lot of dollars later" (oh come on, who doesn't love a Dad joke?)
Winter is a great time to service your equipment and to repair or replace any faulty parts. Start by having a good look and a listen around your pool.
Check to see if you can:
- See any leaks?
- See any bubbles?
- Hear any strange noises?
- Hear an absence of noise that indicates a pump or filter failure?
Any of these signs indicate that trouble is afoot. If the cause of the problem is not obvious then contact us for advice.
We keep a good range of commonly required replacement parts and accessories in stock but, with the impact of Covid and courier delays, it doesn't pay to muck around when something breaks down.
Sing out if you need a hand,
The Poolboy
